Make sure you review the order to ensure it is correct then choose your method of delivery whether at a designated pickup location or have it delivered directly to your front door (at extra cost). Select your payment method whether your locally issued debit/credit with the Visa or MasterCard logo, PayPal Account, or your NCB Keycard account. That’s it! You’re done! We handle all the shipping process and Customs clearing for you.

Do I need a U.S. credit card to make purchases?

No U.S. credit card necessary! You can use your local Caribbean issued Debit or Credit Card with a Visa or MasterCard logo, your Paypal account, or NCB Keycard to make your purchases.

Where can I pick up my items?

You can pick up your items from any of our pickup locations located throughout the Island. A list of our pickup locations will be uploaded soon. For your convenience you can also have your items delivered directly to your doorstep. (All at a discounted rate).

What is the return & refund policy?

Policy for Direct Shipping/3rd Party: All purchases are final!
Policy for items purchased through Smart Shopping Jamaica: If you receive the wrong item or if the item was not delivered to you in good condition from our site (smartshoppingja.com), you have 2 days to return it to the closest pickup center. From there, it will then be investigated and return/refund made based upon investigation.

How long does it take to get items?

It takes up to 7 business days to receive purchased items from the time we receive them from the retailer you purchased from. However it’s usually shipped out to your island as it is received at our warehouse in the United States.

Is there a limit to the kind of items you ship?

We can ship items up to 300lbs. We ship non-hazardous items such as apparels which include clothing, shoes, bags and accessories. We also ship electronics and home goods items.

What are the costs for shipping, taxes and tariffs?

Items are charged based on the receipt provided cost at 45%. Tariffs are classed by category and country and will be shown in “estimated cost” box before you pay.

After I make my order can I cancel or alter it?

Once an order has been made no changes or cancellations are allowed as we do our best to get items out to you as fast as possible. This means we are unable to stop, modify or cancel purchased items.

Can I pay in local currency?

You may use your local credit/debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo, your PayPal account or NCB Keycard as payment options.

Can I expedite my order if necessary?

You may expedite your order from the store you buy it from. Our transfer from the USA to your country will be express so you will receive it in 2-3 business days after we receive it at our U.S. based warehouse.

What if the store I want to shop on is not listed on your site?

If the store you wish to order from is not yet listed on our site you can go directly to the site in question and use our US address to order the items you need. All shipping and handling will remain the same.
